For individual creators and publisher companies who send paying customers to HelloHQ. Referral links, a ledger you can read, and monthly payouts once the balance clears US$100.

What the programme pays

A commission on the first paid subscription and its renewals for twelve months: a one-time bounty on Essentials, a percentage of ex-GST revenue on Pro and SFO. The rate, the per-customer cap and the two commitment tiers (Introduced, or Co-managed with approval) are on the commission schedule, which approved associates read in the portal. The schedule is never published to the public, so apply and you will see it before you commit to anything.

Commission is a share of ex-GST subscription revenue after discounts. Annual commission is released monthly in arrears; refunds and chargebacks reverse it. Payouts are monthly once the balance clears US$100, after a verified W-8BEN/W-9. The rules are in the programme terms.

Who may join

Individual creators and publisher companies (an owned audience: newsletter, media site, podcast, video channel, community or events). Not regulated professionals or firms acting for a client, not multi-family offices, and not lead-generation networks or coupon sites.
